About Plunge Into Saunas
Heat, Cold, and Real Help Getting It Right
Every sauna we sell starts as a conversation — usually about a basement corner, a backyard slab, or a breaker panel somebody isn't sure about. We are a small team of sauna specialists, we answer our own phone seven days a week, and we would rather spend twenty minutes helping you get the details right than take an order that ends in a return.
Our Approach
Why we do it this way
Nobody Should Learn About the 240V Circuit After They've Paid
The calls we get most often start the same way. Someone has measured a corner of the basement, or paced out a spot in the backyard, and they are not sure whether the panel can take it, whether the pad needs to be poured, or how a crate that size even gets down the driveway. Those are fair questions, and almost nobody answers them before the money changes hands.
We do it the other way around. Before you order, you will know what to hand your electrician, what your foundation has to carry, and exactly what comes off the truck. It takes us a phone call. It saves you a build sitting half-finished in the yard, waiting on a part nobody mentioned.

What we carry, and why
We Only Stock What We'd Put in Our Own Homes
Harvia has been building heaters in Finland since the 1950s. HUUM comes out of Estonia's sauna tradition. Narvi, Saunum, SaunaLife, Dundalk LeisureCraft, ThermaSol, Kohler — every one of them has spent decades doing a narrow thing properly, and we are an authorized dealer for all of them.
That matters more than it sounds. A sauna is a twenty-year purchase. The name on the heater is who you are still calling in year fifteen when you need an element, a gasket, or an answer. We would rather sell you something that will still be supported then than something that is cheaper now.
Before You Buy
How we actually sell
We'll Talk You Out of the Bigger One
An oversized heater cooks the air dry and runs up the power bill. A cabin too big for your service costs more in copper than it does in cedar. Neither mistake shows up on a spec sheet — they show up six months in, when the room stops getting used.
So if the smaller unit is the right one, that is what we will tell you, even though it is the smaller sale. The best outcome for us is not the biggest order. It is the sauna that somebody actually heats up on a Tuesday night in February, three winters from now.
After You Order
The part most stores skip
We Don't Disappear When the Order Goes Through
Freight is where good purchases go wrong. So before your delivery date we walk you through what the appointment call will sound like, what to check before you sign the driver's paperwork, and what to do in the rare case something arrives damaged. Signing in the wrong place can cost you a claim, and that is not a thing you should have to know on your own.
After that, we are still here. Call about a stone replacement two years from now, or a control that is behaving oddly, and you will get the same people, not a ticket number.
Sized to Your Room, Not a Chart
We spec the heater against your actual room volume, glass area, insulation and climate before you order — not after it arrives and underperforms.
Authorized and Warrantied
Every unit ships factory-direct with the full manufacturer warranty, genuine parts, and a real service path behind it. No grey-market cabins.
A Person, Not a Ticket
Call (888) 739-3321 any day between 8am and 7pm PT and you get someone who knows why a Cilindro heats differently than a Virta, and which one suits your room.
With You Through Delivery
Curbside freight, by appointment, with a walkthrough of what to inspect before you sign — and someone to call the same day if anything looks wrong.
Tell Us About Your Space
Give us the room, the electrical service you have, and how many people you want to seat comfortably. We will tell you honestly what fits — including when the smaller or simpler unit is the better call. Rather start on your own? Lay the room out in the 3D builder first, then send us what you came up with and we will check it over.
