Beyond Cold builds its cold therapy systems in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Journey is the portable one: a durable insulated inflatable tub paired with the same 7,500 BTU titanium-coil chiller used across the range, so the cold is the same at home, at the gym, or on the road. It goes from bag to plunge in minutes and needs no permanent installation, which is why it travels with collegiate and professional athletic programs as readily as it sits on a back patio.

Warranty

1 year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered items are repaired or replaced at Beyond Cold's discretion. Claims are handled directly by Beyond Cold: 865.450.8323 or info@beyondcold.com.

Not covered: misuse, neglect or abuse; alterations or improper use; lack of maintenance; freezing conditions; damage from moisture, fire, lightning or power surges; and shipping, packaging, installation, removal or setup costs. Coverage may be void if the serial number is missing or altered.

To keep coverage: clean the filter regularly, and bring the chiller indoors or winterize it once ambient temperatures approach 40°F or below.

On a warranty repair the customer covers shipping to Beyond Cold, and Beyond Cold covers return shipping within the continental United States.

Delivery

• Ships direct from Beyond Cold in Knoxville, Tennessee. Free shipping is included.
• Transit is typically 2–5 business days once it ships. If the model is not in stock, build time runs about 2–4 weeks before it leaves the factory.
• Delivered by parcel carrier — no freight appointment or unloading equipment needed.
• Inspect before you sign. If the packaging looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us right away.

Before you order

• Needs a standard 110–120V outlet on a GFCI circuit. The GFCI cord is included and runs 6 ft.
• No plumbing required — fill it from a garden hose or by hand.
• Rated for outdoor use. Beyond Cold recommends bringing the chiller indoors or winterizing the system once ambient temperatures approach 40°F or below.
• The chiller sits outside the tub and must be level with or below the bottom of the tub — never elevated above it.
• Filled weight is roughly 722 lb, so set it on a level surface that can carry it.
• As a permanent setup the inflatable tub will slowly lose air pressure and wants topping up now and then — more noticeably in cold weather.
