Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Beyond Cold builds its cold therapy systems in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Pursuit is the one made for a permanent spot: a sleek insulated acrylic tub that looks like it belongs in the room, running the same 7,500 BTU titanium-coil chiller used across the range. It is built and rated for residential use — for higher-volume or commercial settings, the Summit is the model to look at.
Warranty
1 year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered items are repaired or replaced at Beyond Cold's discretion. Claims are handled directly by Beyond Cold: 865.450.8323 or info@beyondcold.com.
Not covered: misuse, neglect or abuse; alterations or improper use; lack of maintenance; freezing conditions; damage from moisture, fire, lightning or power surges; and shipping, packaging, installation, removal or setup costs. Coverage may be void if the serial number is missing or altered.
To keep coverage: clean the filter regularly, and bring the chiller indoors or winterize it once ambient temperatures approach 40°F or below.
On a warranty repair the customer covers shipping to Beyond Cold, and Beyond Cold covers return shipping within the continental United States.
Delivery
- Ships direct from Beyond Cold in Knoxville, Tennessee. Free shipping is included.
- Transit is typically 2–5 business days once it ships. If the model is not in stock, build time runs about 2–4 weeks before it leaves the factory.
- Delivered by freight. The carrier will call to arrange a delivery window — someone needs to be there to receive it.
- At 148 lb empty this is a two-person lift off the truck. Plan for a second set of hands on delivery day.
- Inspect before you sign. If the crate looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, note the damage on the Bill of Lading, and contact us right away.
Before you order
- Needs a standard 110–120V outlet on a GFCI circuit. The GFCI cord is included and runs 6 ft.
- No plumbing required — fill it from a garden hose or by hand.
- Rated for outdoor use. Beyond Cold recommends bringing the chiller indoors or winterizing the system once ambient temperatures approach 40°F or below.
- The chiller sits outside the tub and must be level with or below the bottom of the tub — never elevated above it.
- Set the tub on a level, solid surface rated for roughly 940 lb once filled.
Returns: Covered by our standard return policy — see our Refund & Return Policy for the authorisation, restocking and return-freight terms. Transit damage, missing parts and manufacturing defects are always covered and are handled through the freight-claim and warranty process set out in that policy.
