Warranty

1 year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered items are repaired or replaced at Beyond Cold's discretion. Claims are handled directly by Beyond Cold: 865.450.8323 or info@beyondcold.com.

Not covered: misuse, neglect or abuse; alterations or improper use; lack of maintenance; freezing conditions; damage from moisture, fire, lightning or power surges; and shipping, packaging, installation, removal or setup costs. Coverage may be void if the serial number is missing or altered.

To keep coverage: replace the filter on schedule, and winterize the system once ambient temperatures approach 40°F or below.

On a warranty repair the customer covers shipping to Beyond Cold, and Beyond Cold covers return shipping within the continental United States.

Delivery

• Ships direct from Beyond Cold in Knoxville, Tennessee. Free shipping is included.
• Transit is typically 2–5 business days once it ships. If the model is not in stock, build time runs about 2–4 weeks before it leaves the factory.
• Delivered by freight. The carrier will call to arrange a delivery window — someone needs to be there to receive it.
• At 240 lb empty this needs several people or a lift gate to get off the truck and into position. Plan the route to its final spot before delivery day — it does not turn tight corners easily.
• Inspect before you sign. If the crate looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, note the damage on the Bill of Lading, and contact us right away.

Before you order

• Needs a standard 110–120V outlet on a GFCI circuit. The GFCI cord is included and runs 6 ft.
• No plumbing required — fill it from a garden hose or by hand.
• Rated for outdoor use. Beyond Cold recommends winterizing the system once ambient temperatures approach 40°F or below.
• Set it on a level, solid surface rated for roughly 1,040 lb once filled.
• Filtration is a replaceable Summit cartridge — rinse weekly to extend its life and replace it one to two times a month depending on use.
