Why Buying Authorized Matters
Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
The return window is 30 days on most brands. It runs from the delivery date on most lines, and from the purchase date on our Bathing Brands lines (Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Delta, Kohler, ThermaSol, Bathology, Cozy Heat, Rento, Hukka, EOS, AromaMist, Narvi, Finnmark, Kolo, 4 Living and Hotass Saunas).
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on a change-of-mind return. Fees vary by brand — some lines charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, while the Bathing Brands lines charge no restocking fee, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20 to $50 if the original packaging is not returned intact.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The Canadian Timber Collection is Dundalk LeisureCraft's economically priced line — the same designs and the same Canadian craftsmanship as their flagship range, built with precision and shipped as an easy-to-assemble kit. Every piece is handcrafted in Ontario from Canadian wood sourced through local mills.
Warranty: 5 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Build time: Canadian Timber products are built to order in Ontario, Canada. We confirm the current estimated build date with the manufacturer when your order is placed and pass it to you before production begins. Transit follows once the unit is built.
Delivery and unloading — please read before ordering
- Ships by freight to your curb or the end of your driveway, by appointment. Delivery is usually made with an 18-wheeler — check that one can reach your street and turn around.
- Crates run roughly 6 to 14 feet long and weigh approximately 800 to 1,600 lb depending on the model. Getting the crate off the truck is the customer’s responsibility. The driver will not unload it.
- Crates 84" or shorter can usually be lowered on the truck’s liftgate. Longer crates cannot — plan on a forklift (lifting from the end of the crate, fork extensions required), picking the crate up from the freight terminal with a trailer or tilt-tow truck, or a crew of helpers.
- Inspect before you sign. If the crate looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, write “Crate arrived open/damaged — possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading, and contact us right away.
- Answer the freight terminal’s call promptly to book your delivery window. Delays at the terminal can trigger storage charges.
- Read the manufacturer’s one-page delivery guide — three ways to unload a large crate, and a before-delivery-day checklist. Five minutes now saves a lot of trouble on delivery day.
Cancellations and returns: This item ships direct from the manufacturer in Canada. You can cancel free of charge within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days a $65 change-or-cancel fee applies, and once the order is within 7 days of its ship date it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Once it ships the sale is final — the manufacturer does not accept returns. Transit damage, missing parts and manufacturing defects are always covered, and are handled through the freight-claim and warranty process set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

No. Standard curbside delivery means the carrier delivers to the curb or end of your driveway only. The driver is not required to bring items into your home, garage, or backyard, and delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation.
