As an authorized dealer, our prices reflect each manufacturer's approved pricing. That means you'll never overpay here, and you'll never find a legitimate authorized dealer selling the same unit for less.

Found a Lower Price?

If you've found the identical product advertised for less by another authorized dealer, email info@plungeintosaunas.com with a link. We'll review it, and if it's a genuine authorized listing we'll match it where the manufacturer permits.

Listings from unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, refurbished or open-box units, and clearance items aren't eligible — those products typically carry no manufacturer warranty.

Why Buying Authorized Matters

Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.

Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.

Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.

Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.
