Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
The return window is 30 days on most brands. It runs from the delivery date on most lines, and from the purchase date on our Bathing Brands lines (Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Delta, Kohler, ThermaSol, Bathology, Cozy Heat, Rento, Hukka, EOS, AromaMist, Narvi, Finnmark, Kolo, 4 Living and Hotass Saunas).
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on a change-of-mind return. Fees vary by brand — some lines charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, while the Bathing Brands lines charge no restocking fee, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20 to $50 if the original packaging is not returned intact.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Narvi Inari Wood-Burning Sauna Stove, 16kW
The Narvi Inari Sauna Stove is an original-looking sauna stove with a sturdy structure and grid, ensuring enjoyable steam for frequent sauna users. Stones visible behind the grid make this sauna stove very attractive. Choose from the Inari or the Inari Plus for a greater stone capacity.
The environmentally friendly sauna stove heats up with a relatively small amount of wood. It features a glass door with a cast-iron frame, paired with adjustable legs and a comfortable wooden handle. The flue attachment for this sauna stove can be made from the top or back, but you can only attach the flue to the back after making a hole in the stones basket. A hole can be made using an iron saw to cut through the three steel wires in the stones basket.

Shipping cost: Shipping on this item is a flat $299 per order within the contiguous US, added at checkout before you pay.
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, and delivery is typically 5–15 business days after shipment. Made-to-order saunas and custom-configured rooms need production time on top of that, which we confirm before the order is released. We ship within the contiguous United States.
Large items ship LTL freight on a pallet, delivered curbside — to the curb or the end of your driveway, often from a trailer up to 53 feet long. Curbside does not include unpacking, assembly, installation or electrical connection. The carrier calls to book an appointment and someone must be there to receive the shipment. Tell us at the time of order if access is limited — narrow or rural roads, steep driveways, gated communities — and ask for liftgate service if you have no dock or forklift.
Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves and before you sign. Count the cartons and pallets against the paperwork, check glass doors and panels, write any damage or shortage on the Delivery Receipt, and photograph it. Email info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and the noted receipt — the same window covers concealed damage and missing items. Keep the packaging while a claim is open.
Cancellations & returns
Cancel before the order has been submitted for fulfillment and it is refunded in full — email info@plungeintosaunas.com with your order number. After that point manufacturer, carrier, return-freight or restocking fees may apply. Every return must be approved by us in writing first: products ship from different manufacturer warehouses, so the correct return address varies, and anything sent back without authorization may be refused.
Return requests are made within 30 days under our general policy; some brands run that window from the date of purchase rather than delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, never heated or filled, complete in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Restocking fees run up to 25% depending on the manufacturer, while Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Narvi, ThermaSol, Delta, Kohler and Mr. Steam charge no restocking fee at all, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20–$50 if the original packaging does not come back intact. On a change-of-mind return you pay return shipping and the original outbound shipping is not refunded.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you. Custom, made-to-order and special-order items already in production, clearance and open-box items, heaters that have been wired or fired, tubs and generators that have been filled, assembled or heated rooms, opened consumables and all Canadian Timber Collection products cannot be returned. The INARI weighs 119 lbs (54 kg). Curbside delivery by appointment, palletized. Check the carton for damage before you sign, and keep the packaging until the heater is installed and running.

Leave at least 11.8" (30 cm) to the side walls, 13.8" (35 cm) behind, 19.7" (50 cm) in front and 50.4" (128 cm) above the heater. A wood stove needs a chimney kit, a protected floor under the firebox and a heat shield wherever the manual calls for one; the flue connects at the top or back. These clearances come from Narvi's installation instructions for this model.

The INARI suits a room of 283-636 cu. ft.. Start with width × length × height, then adjust upward for glass, tile or stone, which all add load. Our Heater Size Calculator does the adjustment for you, or call us and we'll size it with you before you order.

This heater takes about 132 lbs (60 kg) of sauna stones, 4" to 6" (10-15 cm). A chimney kit is needed and is listed separately. Check the What's included list above for exactly what ships in the box. Rinse and stack the stones loosely before the first heat-up, and add a bucket and ladle if you want to throw water.

We check the order
A sauna specialist reviews the configuration, the delivery address and freight access, and usually calls you to confirm it before the order is released to the manufacturer. Anything that needs changing gets changed before it ships.

Confirmation and lead time
You get an email with the confirmed lead time, the manuals for your unit and what to prepare on site. Tracking follows within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse.

The freight carrier calls to book a curbside appointment — count the cartons and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Assembly, electrician and warranty questions after that come to us, and we handle them with the manufacturer on your behalf.
