Why Buying Authorized Matters
Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

10,000 BTU/hr — double the base unit, and still on a standard 120V outlet. This is the size most people land on for a larger or multi-person plunge.
Penguin Chillers has been building water chilling equipment in Knoxville, Tennessee since long before cold plunging went mainstream. The 1 HP is the workhorse of the range: enough capacity to hold a big tub at temperature through summer, with a choice of titanium or 316 stainless exchanger depending on your water.
Read this before you buy — what is not included
- No circulation pump. Penguin recommends a Danner Mag Drive 5.0–18, rated under 10 PSI and 23 ft maximum head. Our Water Chiller Accessory Package bundles a matched pump, tubing and adapters.
- No filter or install kit. For a plug-and-play cold plunge setup, look at the Cold Therapy Chiller with the Install & Filter Kit instead.
- Indoor use only. Not outdoor rated.
Warranty
1 year limited manufacturer warranty is included as standard. A 2 or 3 year extension can be added above. Claims are handled directly by Penguin Chillers: (865) 214-6509 or support@penguinchillers.com.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage caused by freezing, running the unit without continuous water flow, improper installation, and any failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, use or care instructions.
Delivery
- Ships direct from Penguin Chillers in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a 2–3 business day lead time before it leaves the factory.
- Delivered at 58–64 lb depending on exchanger — a two-person lift, but no special equipment needed.
- Inspect before you sign. If the packaging looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us right away.
Installation notes
- Requires continuous water flow while running. A built-in flow switch shuts the chiller down if the pump fails.
- 1 in. Female NPT inlet and outlet.
Returns: This item can be returned within 21 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom-built units are non-returnable. Transit damage, missing parts and manufacturing defects are always covered and are handled through the warranty process set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
