Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Penguin Chillers has been building water chilling equipment in Knoxville, Tennessee since long before cold plunging went mainstream. This is the unit that does the work behind most of their cold therapy setups: a titanium coil exchanger, quick connect camlock fittings, and enough capacity to pull a standard plunge down to 37°F and hold it there for around $18 a month in electricity.
Pick the Install & Filter Kit option if you are starting from a bare tub — it adds the bulkheads, tubing, fittings and washable filter you need to plumb it in.
Warranty
1 year limited manufacturer warranty is included as standard. A 2 or 3 year extension can be added above. Claims are handled directly by Penguin Chillers: (865) 214-6509 or support@penguinchillers.com.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage caused by freezing, improper installation, running the unit without a filter or with a filter finer than 50 microns, use with an ozone venturi, and any failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, use or care instructions.
Delivery
- Ships direct from Penguin Chillers in Knoxville, Tennessee.
- Delivered by parcel carrier at 49 lb — no freight appointment or unloading equipment needed.
- Inspect before you sign. If the packaging looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us right away.
Before you order — installation limits
- The pump is not self-priming. The chiller has to sit level with or below the bottom of your tub so it gravity primes — never elevate it above the tub.
- Place it within about 3 ft of the tub drain wherever possible.
- The bulkheads in the Install & Filter Kit only fit tubs with a wall thickness of 1/4 inch or less. Measure before you order.
- Never run a filter rated below 50 microns, and do not use with an ozone venturi.
- Needs a standard 110–120V outlet. Rated for outdoor use above 32°F — below freezing, disconnect and drain completely.
Returns: This item can be returned within 21 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom-built units are non-returnable. Transit damage, missing parts and manufacturing defects are always covered and are handled through the warranty process set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
