Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Genuine replacement filtration for Penguin Chillers cold therapy systems — the washable 5 inch cartridge, the inline screen, or both together.
Filtration is what keeps a plunge clear and the chiller running at full flow. Both elements here are washable and reusable rather than disposable, so the same parts last through repeated cleaning cycles.
Clean both filters weekly, whether or not they look dirty. Outdoor installs, heavy use and leaf debris all shorten the interval.
Which one do I need?
- Replacement 5" Filter Cartridge — the canister element in the newer washable-style filter housing.
- Replacement In-line Filter Screen — the mesh strainer that sits in the line ahead of the chiller.
- Filter Bundle — both, which is what most systems use together.
These fit the current washable filter housings. If your canister shipped before 10 August 2023 you need the pleated 10" x 2.5" cartridge instead, not these.
Warranty and returns
Filtration components are consumable parts and are not covered by the chiller warranty. Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery with prior authorization, unused and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Transit damage and manufacturing defects are always covered — see our Refund & Return Policy.
