Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
The return window is 30 days on most brands. It runs from the delivery date on most lines, and from the purchase date on our Bathing Brands lines (Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Delta, Kohler, ThermaSol, Bathology, Cozy Heat, Rento, Hukka, EOS, AromaMist, Narvi, Finnmark, Kolo, 4 Living and Hotass Saunas).
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on a change-of-mind return. Fees vary by brand — some lines charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, while the Bathing Brands lines charge no restocking fee, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20 to $50 if the original packaging is not returned intact.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.

SaunaLife SaunaTrekker - Portable Insulated Sauna Tent, Up to 4 Persons
The SaunaLife SaunaTrekker is a portable sauna tent for up to four bathers. Its frame is built into the walls, so it pops up out of the carry bag in minutes with no poles to assemble and no tools, and it folds back down the same way.
The walls are three layers deep: a 420D oxford polyester outer shell with a waterproof coating against rain, wind and snow; a 150 g/m² polyester fiber-fill core that holds the heat; and a 210D oxford polyester inner lining that reflects heat back into the tent. Set up, it measures 70.9" W x 70.9" D x 86.6" H outside and 70" x 70" x 78" inside, with an upper vent, a lower vent and two windows.
The SaunaTrekker is designed around the SaunaLife Titan SL1 propane sauna heater, sold separately, and it is one of only two tents the Titan is approved for. The heater stands on a non-combustible surface such as a stone paver in the corner with the lower vent, with 6" to the sides and rear and 16" in front, and the propane cylinder stays outside the tent. Two tents can be joined with the SaunaTrekker Tent Connector.
The SaunaLife Titan SL1 propane heater is sold separately and is the only heater approved for use in this tent.

Shipping & delivery
Shipping cost: Shipping on this item is a flat $199 per order within the contiguous US, added at checkout before you pay.
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, and delivery is typically 5–15 business days after shipment. Made-to-order saunas and custom-configured rooms need production time on top of that, which we confirm before the order is released. We ship within the contiguous United States.
Large items ship LTL freight on a pallet, delivered curbside — to the curb or the end of your driveway, often from a trailer up to 53 feet long. Curbside does not include unpacking, assembly, installation or electrical connection. The carrier calls to book an appointment and someone must be there to receive the shipment. Tell us at the time of order if access is limited — narrow or rural roads, steep driveways, gated communities — and ask for liftgate service if you have no dock or forklift.
Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves and before you sign. Count the cartons and pallets against the paperwork, check glass doors and panels, write any damage or shortage on the Delivery Receipt, and photograph it. Email info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and the noted receipt — the same window covers concealed damage and missing items. Keep the packaging while a claim is open.
Cancellations & returns
Cancel before the order has been submitted for fulfillment and it is refunded in full — email info@plungeintosaunas.com with your order number. After that point manufacturer, carrier, return-freight or restocking fees may apply. Every return must be approved by us in writing first: products ship from different manufacturer warehouses, so the correct return address varies, and anything sent back without authorization may be refused.
Return requests are made within 30 days under our general policy; some brands run that window from the date of purchase rather than delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, never heated or filled, complete in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Restocking fees run up to 25% depending on the manufacturer, while Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Narvi, ThermaSol, Delta, Kohler and Mr. Steam charge no restocking fee at all, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20–$50 if the original packaging does not come back intact. On a change-of-mind return you pay return shipping and the original outbound shipping is not refunded.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you. Custom, made-to-order and special-order items already in production, clearance and open-box items, heaters that have been wired or fired, tubs and generators that have been filled, assembled or heated rooms, opened consumables and all Canadian Timber Collection products cannot be returned. Ask us before you buy if you are unsure.

How the SaunaTrekker is built

What happens between checkout and your first session.

The SaunaTrekker ships by parcel carrier in a carton of about 55" x 20" x 20" and 50 lb. Take the tent out of its carry bag, lay it flat, remove the securing strap and check that the poles are not twisted or crossed.

Pull the handle at the centre of the roof until the roof pops into place, then pull out each wall by its centre handle, standing on the skirt to steady it. Stake each corner and tie the storm lines from the wall eyelets to the stakes. Take out the ground cover before a sauna session; it is for camping only.

The Titan SL1 goes only in the corner with the lower ventilation intake, on a non-combustible surface such as a stone paver, never directly on grass. Keep 6" to the side and rear walls and 16" in front, leave the vents open, and keep the propane cylinder outside the tent with the hose clear of the heater.

We check the order
A sauna specialist reviews the configuration, the delivery address and freight access, and usually calls you to confirm it before the order is released to the manufacturer. Anything that needs changing gets changed before it ships.

Confirmation and lead time
You get an email with the confirmed lead time, the manuals for your unit and what to prepare on site. Tracking follows within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse.

Delivery day and after
The freight carrier calls to book a curbside appointment — count the cartons and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Assembly, electrician and warranty questions after that come to us, and we handle them with the manufacturer on your behalf.
