Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The Cold Field System is built around a simple principle: recovery should be portable, repeatable, and controlled.
It transforms cold exposure into a flexible environment rather than a fixed installation—allowing contrast therapy to exist anywhere: homes, gyms, hotels, training facilities, and outdoor performance spaces.
Designed for one or two users, the system creates a shared or individual immersion space where cold-water therapy becomes structured recovery rather than exposure. It supports athletic regeneration, stress regulation, and post-exertion recovery through controlled temperature adaptation.
Constructed from durable waterproof drop-stitch fabric, the Cold Field System is lightweight, inflatable, and engineered for portability without compromising structural integrity. Its circular form creates balanced internal pressure and efficient immersion space.
At its core, the system integrates a compact water chiller unit with filtration, enabling consistent cold-water temperature control. This turns a simple inflatable structure into a performance-grade recovery system suitable for professional and personal use.
The experience is designed to be minimal and functional: deploy, fill, chill, recover, reset.
Warranty
The Cold Field System is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper setup, misuse, punctures, external environmental conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty claims require order details and visual evidence. Resolution may include repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement depending on assessment.
Shipping and delivery
- Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Remote locations, islands, inside delivery, white-glove and expedited service are quoted separately.
- Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery usually follows 5–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- Inspect your delivery before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. Anything that arrives defective must be reported within 7 days.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, with a return authorization from us first. A 20% restocking fee applies, you cover return shipping, and because shipping was free on the way out the actual outbound freight is also deducted from the refund. Cancelling after processing has started incurs a 5% fee; once the order has shipped a cancellation is handled as a return. Custom, assembled, installed and clearance items cannot be returned.
Warranty: 1 year limited, residential use, original purchaser. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The remedy is repair, replacement parts or unit replacement — not a cash refund.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning cold exposure or sauna use, particularly if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical condition.
