Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Crafted from solid Hemlock wood, the structure is minimal and deliberate. Clean geometry. No excess. A contained environment where heat becomes architecture and stillness becomes the outcome.
Powered by 1750W far-infrared heating, the system delivers deep, even thermal penetration designed to support recovery, circulation, and muscular reset. The experience is steady, immersive, and uninterrupted.

Warranty
The Threshold Sauna is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This does not include damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, external environmental factors, or commercial use outside intended specifications.
Warranty claims are assessed based on order details and supporting documentation. Resolution may include repair, replacement parts, or full unit replacement depending on evaluation.
Shipping and delivery
- Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Remote locations, islands, inside delivery, white-glove and expedited service are quoted separately.
- Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery usually follows 5–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- Inspect your delivery before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. Anything that arrives defective must be reported within 7 days.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, with a return authorization from us first. A 20% restocking fee applies, you cover return shipping, and because shipping was free on the way out the actual outbound freight is also deducted from the refund. Cancelling after processing has started incurs a 5% fee; once the order has shipped a cancellation is handled as a return. Custom, assembled, installed and clearance items cannot be returned.
Warranty: 1 year limited, residential use, original purchaser. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The remedy is repair, replacement parts or unit replacement — not a cash refund.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning cold exposure or sauna use, particularly if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical condition.
