Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
The return window is 30 days on most brands. It runs from the delivery date on most lines, and from the purchase date on our Bathing Brands lines (Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Delta, Kohler, ThermaSol, Bathology, Cozy Heat, Rento, Hukka, EOS, AromaMist, Narvi, Finnmark, Kolo, 4 Living and Hotass Saunas).
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on a change-of-mind return. Fees vary by brand — some lines charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, while the Bathing Brands lines charge no restocking fee, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20 to $50 if the original packaging is not returned intact.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.

The SaunaLife Ergo-Series Outdoor Sauna Barrels were designed and engineered by sauna enthusiasts to be the most comfortable, durable, and attractive barrel saunas you can buy.
Ergonomics - Barrel Sauna Comfort
Bathing comfort cannot be overlooked when investing in an outdoor sauna barrel. The diameter of the barrel and the bench/backrest configuration must be considered. Barrels with a small diameter may be priced lower (less materials), but the tradeoffs are door height, bench comfort, and headroom. Smaller diameter barrels have a tighter arc which can create seating posture challenges, impact standing upright, and require one to duck upon entry and exit. Ergo-Series Sauna Barrels benefit from a 6’5” interior height. Due to its large diameter, benches can be ergonomically contoured and formfitting. The generous barrel arc can support an expansive and arched backrest for true lumbar support. Touch and feel were not ignored when selecting the knot-free, silky-smooth grade-A Thermo-Aspen seating material designed to hug most any body size.

Every SaunaLife barrel begins with industry-leading 1.65” thick full-length staves that encapsulate the sauna and provide exceptional thermal resistance (R-value). This chemical-free, eco-friendly wood is dimensionally stable and ideally suited for outdoor saunas. We even build showers out of it! Wood thickness is the theme in the SaunaLife Ergo-Series and provides bathers with ergonomically crafted benches and backrests from Thermo-Aspen (1.1” thick and 3-1/2” wide) nearly 50% thicker than most.

It begins with industry-leading 1-7/8” wide and 1/8” thick stainless steel barrel bands that compress the massive staves and create your wellness retreat. Then, a watertight DIY shingle kit (a necessity for every barrel sauna) with side-mounted drip edges provides exceptional rainwater management. Inside the barrels are dual floor drains. One is purposefully placed under the sauna heater for your water-tossing pleasure. A second drain is near the door, where cold plunge or pool water may collect. Should this barrel shift out of level, these dual floor drains have you covered.
Illumination - Inside and Out
Illuminating your barrel showcases the beauty of the wood and enhances your sauna experience. Only low-voltage and waterproof LED lighting will do. SaunaLife provides a superior white LED lighting system that is Wi-Fi app-based and allows one to set the ideal scene prior to entering the sauna. A hand-held remote control is also provided for on/off/dim operation. SaunaLife’s white LED fixture is heat and water certified (IP67) and is dotless so it provides an enchanting, even glow.

Shipping cost: Shipping on this item is a flat $950 per order within the contiguous US, added at checkout before you pay.
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, and delivery is typically 5–15 business days after shipment. Made-to-order saunas and custom-configured rooms need production time on top of that, which we confirm before the order is released. We ship within the contiguous United States.
Large items ship LTL freight on a pallet, delivered curbside — to the curb or the end of your driveway, often from a trailer up to 53 feet long. Curbside does not include unpacking, assembly, installation or electrical connection. The carrier calls to book an appointment and someone must be there to receive the shipment. Tell us at the time of order if access is limited — narrow or rural roads, steep driveways, gated communities — and ask for liftgate service if you have no dock or forklift.
Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves and before you sign. Count the cartons and pallets against the paperwork, check glass doors and panels, write any damage or shortage on the Delivery Receipt, and photograph it. Email info@plungeintosaunas.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and the noted receipt — the same window covers concealed damage and missing items. Keep the packaging while a claim is open.
Cancellations & returns
Cancel before the order has been submitted for fulfillment and it is refunded in full — email info@plungeintosaunas.com with your order number. After that point manufacturer, carrier, return-freight or restocking fees may apply. Every return must be approved by us in writing first: products ship from different manufacturer warehouses, so the correct return address varies, and anything sent back without authorization may be refused.
Return requests are made within 30 days under our general policy; some brands run that window from the date of purchase rather than delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, never heated or filled, complete in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Restocking fees run up to 25% depending on the manufacturer, while Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Saunum, Narvi, ThermaSol, Delta, Kohler and Mr. Steam charge no restocking fee at all, only a re-boxing fee of roughly $20–$50 if the original packaging does not come back intact. On a change-of-mind return you pay return shipping and the original outbound shipping is not refunded.
If the item arrived damaged or a manufacturer error is at fault, return shipping is covered for you. Custom, made-to-order and special-order items already in production, clearance and open-box items, heaters that have been wired or fired, tubs and generators that have been filled, assembled or heated rooms, opened consumables and all Canadian Timber Collection products cannot be returned. What happens between checkout and your first session.

The E6 ships at 1202 lbs (545.2 kg), crated 80"W (203.2 cm) x 44"D (111.8 cm) x 34"H (86.4 cm). It arrives by LTL freight, delivered to the curb by appointment. The driver's job ends at ground level — they lower the pallet and leave it at the end of your driveway, so line up two people and a clear path to move the pieces from there.

What you need at the panel depends on the heater you pair with the room, and on extras like lighting. Electric heaters take a dedicated 240 V circuit sized to their output, with the breaker and wire gauge set by that heater's manual, and final hookup is a licensed electrician's job. Wood-burning stoves need no power at all — just a chimney kit and the clearances the manual specifies.

Its footprint is 81"W (205.7 cm) x 59.1"D (150 cm) x 84.7"H (215 cm), so size the base to that and a little beyond. A level, load-bearing base is the part worth getting right: a concrete pad, patio stones over compacted gravel, or a deck rated for the loaded weight all work, as does an interior floor that carries the load. Leave the heater clearances from the manual and room for the door to swing, and check local permit rules before you build.

We check the order
A sauna specialist reviews the configuration, the delivery address and freight access, and usually calls you to confirm it before the order is released to the manufacturer. Anything that needs changing gets changed before it ships.

Confirmation and lead time
You get an email with the confirmed lead time, the manuals for your unit and what to prepare on site. Tracking follows within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse.

Delivery day and after
The freight carrier calls to book a curbside appointment — count the cartons and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Assembly, electrician and warranty questions after that come to us, and we handle them with the manufacturer on your behalf.
